1 Furnace Oil

Furnace oil is a dark viscous residual fuel obtained from crude distillation unit. As per IS 1593:2018 specification, Furnace Oil is classified into four grades – LV, MV1, MV2 and HV. FO falls under the category of Class C, under PESO classification.

Furnace oil is mainly used for burning applications and generators also.

2 Light Diesel Oil

Light diesel oil, or LDO, is a blend of components from the distillation process of crude. It is used in engines with an rpm less than 750, such as boilers and furnaces. LDO is also referred to as distillate fuel or marked oil. Light diesel oil is used as fuels in many applications : Boilers Furnaces Air pre-heaters Lower RPM engines Lift irrigation pump sets Fertilizer plants Bunker DG set

3 Base Oil

Base oil SN 500, SN 150, SN 100, SN 70, Bright Stock are offered at a market determined price.

Base oils are used to manufacture products including lubricating greasesmotor oil and metal processing fluids. Different products require different compositions and properties in the oil. One of the most important factors is the liquid’s viscosity at various temperatures.

The American Petroleum Institute (API) has 5 base oil designations. The first three groups are derived from crude oil (mineral oil); Group IV base oils are fully synthetic; Group V is for all other base oils not included in Groups I through IV.

4 Bitumen

Bitumen is used for civil engineering works: Constructions of roads, Surfacing airfield runways and taxi tracks, Water proofing to prevent water seepage, Mastic floorings for factories and godown, Canal lining to prevent erosion, Dump-proof courses for masonry, Tank foundation, Joint filling material for mason, hydraulic applications such as canal lining, river bank protection, dam construction and sea defence.

It is also used in industrial applications like Electrical cables and junction boxes, In battery manufacture as sealing compound , Paint industries for manufacturing black paints and anti corrosive paints, Ceramics, Printing inks, Water proof papers, Electrical capacitors, Bituminous felts, mastic for flooring, water proofing of terraces, duplex paper manufacturer, etc.

5 Petroleum Coke

Petroleum coke, or petcoke, is a byproduct from the refining of crude oil. It is derived from a final cracking process—a thermo-based chemical engineering process that splits long chain hydrocarbons of petroleum into shorter chains—that takes place in units termed coker units. Raw Petroleum Coke (RPC) is “bottom of the barrel” product of refinery. This is a solid product. The recent trend of coker units is with view on resid upgradation and maximization of middle distillates.

There are two distinctive grades of RPC viz. Calcination or Green RPC and Fuel Grade or Petcoke. It consists mostly of carbon, with variable amounts of sulfurs and heavy metals. It has many industrial uses, including the production of batteries, steel, and aluminum. Fuel grade petcoke is typically very high in heating value (BTUs per pound), which contains higher concentrations of sulfur, produces virtually no ash when burned, and is most commonly used as fuel in coal-fired power plants, electric power plants and cement kilns. As a carbon source, petroleum coke is used to manufacture : Energy, Steel. Raw and Calcined petcoke shall be available from refineries and port locations.

6 Mineral Turpentine Oil

The Mineral Turpentine Oil is manufactured by making use of volatile fraction obtained from petroleum. Coming refined from crude oil using process called alkylation. For Cleaning Purpose: It is used as a general cleaning solvent as it removes oils and greases from metal surface. It is commonly used as a paint thinner for oil-based paint and cleaning brushes, dry cleaning of cloths and as an organic solvent in other applications.

It is also used in Ink manufacturing, Rubber solvent agent and solvent carrier in the manufacture of both shoe and furnishing polish. it is used as a domestic weedicide capable of killing almost all unwanted growth likely to be encountered. MTO (Low Aromatic White Spirit) with primarily used in Paint industry is available from Refinery and Port locations.

7 Mixed Fuel Oil (MFO)

MFO is produced and marketed ex-Pata Plant of GAIL.

MFO is mainly used as fuel for heating, paint spraying, furniture polishing or as a feedstock for aromatic recovery.

8 Heavy Normal Paraffin

These are used as a solvent, a basic material in the manufacture of surfactants, in the manufacture of metalworking compounds, lube oil components, plasticizers and chlorinated Paraffin, production of oils for aluminum cold rolling, catalyst carrier for olefin polimerization, raw materials for a wide range of applications.

9 Light Liquid Paraffin
Light Liquid Paraffin Oil is highly purified mixture of liquid saturated hydrocarbons obtained from petroleum and is highly paraffinic in nature.  It is colourless, tasteless, and odourless when cold. Light liquid paraffin oil highly refined hydro-treated oil has excellent thermal & chemical stability, having high flash point & is soluble in Chloroform & solvent Ether.

Light Liquid Paraffin Oil Ip is used in the manufacture of Anti-static Coning oil, Knitting oil & other Textile Auxiliaries, Plant Spray Oil, Agrochemicals, Aerosols, Dye Intermediates, Paper Industry; Perfumery, Food Grade Speciality Lubricants, Food Grade Plastics used as a Lubricant Plasticizer, Attars, Flavours & Fragrances, Perfumery Chemicals, Speciality Chemicals, Incenses, Personal Care Products, Leather Chemicals, Fat Liquors, Petrochemical Solvents, etc. It may also be used in the manufacture of Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetic Products like Creams, Lotions, Perfumery Industry, Bulk Drugs & Food Industry etc.
10 Mixed Hydrocarbon Oil (MHO)

Mixed Hydrocarb Oil is a Middle disstillate white oil.

This is used primarily as fuel for heating applications, This can also be used cutter ustock for blending of Base oil for making lubricants, Heating in Brick clins etc.
